About Me

Hi, I'm Taylor Kirkwood, I am currently studying journalism at City of Glasgow College. My love for journalism grew from a young age, wanting to be seen and sharing stories on a global platform. Sports journalism has always been special to me as I realised growing up it was a male dominated field. I wanted to make change to that and represent women in sports journalism.

My favourite sports are motorsport and football, both I love reporting on equally. I chose motorsport for my website as it is such a diverse sport and is continuously growing across the globe. I started watching as a kid with F1 being my introduction into the world of motorsport. Later on I was introduced to the likes of Indycar, MotoGP, NASCAR and junior series'. 

 

I aim to cover as many series' as possible across my website with reports of races, press conferences, interviews and updates. I also want to cover content that is important to the fans, I want issues to be heard and stories to be told.
